Sorry I haven't posted for a while. I've only got access to the internet at the office and on my mobile phone. Last year (2010) in October I signed up for Woosh broadband and phone service here in New Zealand. THEY SUCK!!!!
I haven't been able to connect to the internet since I signed up with them in October 2010. I bought a bundle (special promo) that included the modem and when I tried to connect.... nothing! Phoned support and they told me that those modems are no longer used because they give a lot of problems. Lovely!!!! I have been trying to cancel my account now for the last three months... nothing - it's still active and I still get billed!!!!
As a last resort I canceled my credit card so that they can't deduct money from my bank account any more.
I'll sign up with a decent provider soon... so check back soon.
